WhatsApp Ticketing

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy describes how the customer support workspace at whatlit.liquidrdc.tech processes information when you contact the business through WhatsApp or use an agent account. The business you contact manages your support records; WhatsApp and Meta also process information under their own policies.

Information processed

  • Contact and customer details: WhatsApp number and identifier, profile or display name, customer identifiers, and address or service location details provided during support, including equipment serial numbers where relevant.
  • Conversations: messages, attachments or media information, shared locations, message identifiers, timestamps, and delivery or read status.
  • Support records: tickets, assignments, internal notes, resolution history, customer categories, and survey responses when you participate.
  • Agent and technical information: account details, roles, activity and availability records, session information, and technical logs used to operate and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used

Information is used to receive and answer messages, identify customer records, assign and resolve support requests, maintain conversation history, send service follow-ups and surveys, and prepare service quality reports. Account and technical information supports authentication, access control, troubleshooting, and the security of the workspace.

Access and service providers

Agents and administrators access records according to their workspace permissions. Authorized users can export reports. Messages and associated information pass through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API to deliver the conversation. The infrastructure hosting this application also processes the records stored by the service.

WhatsApp's handling of information is explained in its Privacy Policy. Provider processing locations may differ from your location; contact the business for details about its hosting and service providers.

Storage and retention

Conversations, customer records, tickets, survey responses, and technical logs are stored by the application. Closing a ticket does not automatically delete its history. Retention periods depend on the business's support needs and applicable obligations. Contact the business for its retention schedule or to request deletion, including information about retained exports and backups.

Cookies and security

The website uses a session cookie to maintain browser sessions and support account authentication. Blocking cookies may prevent sign-in or other session features from working. The workspace uses authentication and permission checks to restrict access to support records.

Only share information needed for your request. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or full payment card details in support messages.

Your requests and choices

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, contact the business through the same WhatsApp conversation used for support and ask for the person responsible for privacy. Agent account holders can contact their workspace administrator.

Include enough information to identify the relevant conversation or account. Identity verification may be needed before a request is handled. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. You can also ask the business to stop optional follow-up messages.
